Fatboy Fried Rice started as a dream between cousins Cedrick and Sammy — a bold idea to bring big, flavorful fried rice bowls to the streets of Jacksonville, Florida. Inspired by Filipino home cooking and Asian-fusion flavors, we serve generous portions packed with quality ingredients and bold seasoning.
